Nick Gaskell
Non Executive Chairman

+ Biography

Nick Gaskell was appointed Edenhurst Capital’s Non Executive Chairman in July 2019. Nick has been a partner at Saffery Champness since 1981.He also served a four year term as the firm’s chairman. Saffery Champness is the 12th largest firm of chartered accountants in the UK, based on the Accountancy Age Top 50+50 Survey 2018. Nick is a member of Saffery Champness’s Business Advisory Group and advises a wide range of private and commercial clients including owner-managed businesses, families, companies listed on the UK stock market and non UK domiciled individuals and their corporate entities. Nick has extensive experience in advising non-domiciled clients on both personal and commercial issues and structures often working closely with specialist tax partners and the firm’s offshore fiduciary practice. In more recent years, his experience in this field has been in flotations on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange and corporate valuations. He is also Johannesburg Stock Exchange accredited. Nick is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Nicholas Spilkin

+ Biography

Nicholas was previously the Head of Investment Management at Hanson Asset Management, a Private Investment Office based in London. He joined Hanson in 2013 after 5 years at UBS AG in London, where he managed assets on behalf of private clients, charities, pension funds and trusts. Nicholas previously worked at Insinger De Beaufort and EFG. He graduated from Cardiff University with honours in Business Administration. Nicholas is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the CISI Diploma. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA UK.

+ Biography

Nadhula commenced his career in the financial sector with HSBC in 2003 and subsequently accumulated vast expertise in private banking, stock broking and insurance. Prior to taking up the role as Associate Director at a Regulated advisory firm in the DIFC, he held the position of Private Banking Manager at the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah. He is a Co-Founder/Executive Director at Edenhurst Capital Limited, holds the designation of CFA Charterholder and is an MBA graduate from the Postgraduate Institute of Management in Sri Lanka. Nadhula also possesses a Professional Postgraduate degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and has attained a Level III qualification with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment UK.
